Every piece is personalized to order, so there are two stages: we make it, then we ship it.

Processing: 2–4 business days to personalize your piece.
Delivery: 7–12 business days after processing.
Total: 9–15 business days from the day you order.

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships.

Cost: Free standard shipping on every U.S. order, with no minimum.
