Refund policy

30-day satisfaction guarantee
Every piece is personalized to order — and it is still fully covered. If you are not glowing, we will make it right within 30 days of delivery. We only ask that returned pieces arrive unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Double-check your chosen letter before ordering. If the wrong initial arrives because of an error on our side, we will replace it at no cost and you do not need to send anything back.

How to start a return
Email us at hello@pulseandglowjewelry.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your piece is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us right away and we will make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the piece you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

What is not covered
Gift cards are the only items we cannot accept returns on. Everything else we sell, including personalized initial jewelry, is covered by the 30-day guarantee above.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, in its original packaging — with proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
