Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take?
9–16 business days in total. Every piece is personalized to order, so it takes 2–4 business days to make, then 7–12 business days to arrive.

How much is shipping?
Free on every U.S. order, with no minimum spend.

Will I get tracking?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to 28 countries including Canada, the UK, Australia, and most of the EU. International rates are calculated at checkout.

I need this as a gift by a specific date. Will it make it?
Order at least 16 business days (about three weeks) before you need it. If you are closer than that, email us at hello@pulseandglowjewelry.com before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it will arrive in time.

Sizing & Fit

What length are the necklaces?
The chain is adjustable from 14 to 18 inches, which sits between the base of the throat and just below the collarbone on most people. The initial pendant is 12mm.

Will the bracelet fit me?
The bracelet chain is adjustable and fits most wrists. The initial charm is 10mm.

What size are the rings?
Our initial rings are adjustable, so you do not need to know your ring size before ordering.

Can I layer these with other pieces?
Yes. The chains are fine and sit close to the neck, which is exactly what makes them layer well with longer pendants.

Materials & Care

What is the jewelry made of?
14K gold plating over a base metal. The Classic Initial Necklace is plated over a sterling silver base, and our crystal stud earrings use sterling silver posts.

Is it hypoallergenic?
Yes. Every piece is nickel-free and suitable for sensitive ears and skin.

Is this solid gold?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. These are 14K gold plated pieces. That is what lets us keep them under $30 rather than in the hundreds. Cared for properly, the plating holds its color well.

How do I care for it?
Keep it away from water, perfume, and lotion. Put your jewelry on last when getting ready and take it off before showering, swimming, or exercising. Store it dry and polish it with a soft cloth.

Can I shower or swim in it?
Please do not. Water and chlorine are the fastest way to wear down gold plating on any piece of jewelry.

Orders & Returns

Can I return personalized jewelry?
Yes. Every piece we sell, including personalized initial jewelry, is covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Gift cards are the only exception. Pieces need to come back unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

What if I ordered the wrong letter?
If the mistake was ours, we will replace it at no cost and you do not need to send the original back. If you chose the wrong letter, our 30-day guarantee still applies — just email us.

How do I start a return?
Email hello@pulseandglowjewelry.com with your order number. If your return is accepted we will send you a prepaid return label. Please do not send anything back before requesting a return.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If your piece has not entered production yet, we can usually change the letter or cancel it.

Does it arrive gift-ready?
Yes. Every order arrives in a gift box, so you can hand it over exactly as it comes.
